Following the massive success of the Ghana edition in 2022, organisers of the world’s biggest afrobeats festival, Afro Nation, has revealed that its maiden edition in Nigeria will be held in Lagos in 2023.
Since its first edition in Portugal in 2019, the Afro Nation festival has continued to grow exponentially taking Afrobeats and other African sounds to a global audience.
Although an official date or location has not yet been confirmed, fans were excited to see the announcement, which was made via social media.
The official announcement read:
